Deep and contrasting electronic soundscapes—the result of intense, laborious acoustic research—interact with musical atmospheres drawn from Lorenzo Marranini's extensive instrumental background. These foundations are joined by Romina Daniele's avant-garde vocal compositions and textual interventions.
The entire work is composed along an existential and philosophical framework, reflected in its title, Absence, and structured across distinct numbered parts that correspond to key phases of the overall concept. Inspired by the title of a poem by Romina Daniele—Assenza (o soglia del mio dolore) / Absence (or threshold of my pain)—the foundational concept is introduced by Part I (Intro), released as the lead single Absence I.
